The funeral for Captain Sir Tom Moore will take place on Saturday.
The 100-year-old Army veteran, who raised almost £33m for NHS charities by walking laps of his garden, died in Bedford Hospital on 2 February.
His daughters, Lucy Teixeira and Hannah Ingram-Moore, said that due to the Covid-19 pandemic it would be a “small family funeral”.
They have asked the public continue to “continue to support the NHS by staying at home”.
