Johnson and Blackford on extending furlough in Scotland

SNP Westminster leader has challenged the prime minister to extend the furlough scheme for any future lockdown in Scotland.

Ian Blackford asked Boris Johnson to clarify if Scotland will get the full 80% furlough on current terms whenever it is requested in the months ahead.

The PM said he gave a commitment on Monday that furlough is a UK-wide scheme.
